Non-woven bag production process

2017/4/20      view:
Spunlaced Nonwovens
The spunlace process is to spray the high pressure micro water to one or more layers of fiber network, so that the fibers are intertwined with each other.
Heat sealing non-woven
Thermal bonded non-woven fabric refers to the fiber network in the form of fiber or powder hot melt adhesive reinforcement material, fiber mesh and then through the heating and melting cooling reinforcement cloth.
Air forming
Air flow into non-woven fabric can also be called clean paper, dry paper non-woven. The utility model is characterized in that the wood pulp fiber board is opened into a single fiber state by the air current net forming technology, and then the fiber is agglutinated on the net curtain by the air flow method, and then the fiber net is reinforced into a cloth.
Wet spinning
Wet nonwoven fiber raw material is placed in the water medium opening into a single fiber, and the mixture of different fiber raw material, made of fiber slurry, slurry conveying into the network organization, the fiber in the wet state into the net reinforcement into cloth.
Spunbonded nonwovens
In spunbond non-woven polymer has been squeezing and stretching to form a continuous filament, filament laying into the net, web after bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement method, the fiber network into non-woven fabric.
Melt blown nonwoven
The process of melt blown non-woven fabric: polymer feed - melt extrusion - fiber formation --- fiber cooling - Net - into cloth.
Needling nonwoven
A dry non-woven non-woven cloth, non-woven needle puncture needle is the effect of fiber net, fluffy reinforcement into cloth.
Stitch bonded nonwoven
Stitch cloth is a dry non-woven, stitch method is on the fiber web, yarn layer, non textile materials using warp coil structure (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foil, etc.) or their combination for reinforcement with non-woven fabrics.
